Job Description:

The Founder's Office will support the Founder in managing daily operations, HR and payroll processing, hiring, team feedback sessions, employee engagement and anything pertaining to the HR function that is required in an organization. The role also involves vendor and financial management, and supporting with business development initiatives including the co-ordination for the Founder's podcast channel Breakthrough Moments. This role ensures smooth coordination across all internal teams and vendors, effective communication, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

A key role will be to be a part of every meeting with The Founder and shadow the Founder in multiple activities on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Manage HR functions including onboarding, hiring talent, payroll, appraisals, and employee engagement.

●     Organize team-building, mentorship, feedback sessions, and employee recognition initiatives.

●     Oversee financial management such as accounts payable/receivable, vendor negotiations, raising client invoices and budgeting.

●     Build and maintain vendor relationships; manage contracts and service agreements.

●     Support business development with client research wherever required

●     Support in co-ordinating with guests for the Founders podcast channel.

●     Manage the Founder's calendar, meeting documentation, and follow-ups.

●     Facilitate seamless communication across all internal teams within the organisation, vendors, and the Founder's Office.

Skills & Qualifications:

●     4+ years experience in operations, HR, or business support roles.

●     Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.

●     Familiarity with payroll, vendor management, and CRM tools.

●     Proactive, detail-focused, and a reliable partner to leadership with a high degree of accountability.

●     Should have worked in similar setup in a fast-paced start-up environment
