Role: Founder's Office / Chief of Staff

We're building Edit Perfumes — a layering first fragrance brand. We're early, we're moving fast, and we're looking for the person who wants to build this with us from the inside.

This role sits directly with the founder. You won't be coordinating meetings — you'll be running the business alongside us.

What you'll own:

→ Shopify — the storefront is yours. Listings, flows, CRO, performance tracking.

→ Operations — supplier relationships, inventory planning, 3PL and fulfilment.

→ Supply chain — lead times, reorder logic, quality control.

→ Growth support — briefing creatives, analysing campaigns, retention (email/SMS).

→ Everything in between — if it needs to get done, you figure it out.

Who we're looking for:

✦ 2–4 years working in a founder's office or as an early operator at a D2C brand

✦ Hands-on with Shopify — you've managed a live store yourself

✦ Have seen (and owned) ops and supply chain end-to-end

✦ Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate

✦ Background in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle D2C is a strong plus

This is an early-team hire. You'll have real ownership, real equity, and a front-row seat to building something from zero.
