Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founders Office role based in Gurugram. The role involves working closely with the founders on critical projects, including strategic initiatives, content planning, and execution of key operational priorities. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes conducting research, preparing briefs and presentations, tracking project progress, and coordinating across content, production, and marketing teams. The person will assist in planning and reviewing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The role also includes handling special projects, supporting decision-making with data and insights, and ensuring clear communication and follow-through on founder-led initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and action points.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise documents, presentations, and briefs.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including task prioritization, deadline management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Interest in content, media, or storytelling for young audiences, with an understanding of digital platforms and youth trends in India.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; backgrounds in business, media, communications, or related fields are a plus.
- Prior experience in a startup, founder's office, consulting, or strategy role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
