Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founders Office (Marketing and Branding) role based in Noida. The role involves working closely with the founders on day-to-day marketing, branding, and growth initiatives for the company. Responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with designers and content creators, and managing brand storytelling for products and partner communities. The role also includes conducting market and competitor research, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing reports and presentations to support strategic decisions. The team member will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, support product launches, and help build community engagement around the brand.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in marketing and branding, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and understanding of consumer behavior.
• Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email, performance marketing, and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to support content development and storytelling for brand communication, product descriptions, and campaign messaging.
• Comfort with market research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate closely with founders and small teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience at a startup).
• Genuine interest in social impact, sustainable commerce, and working with products and communities from the mountains is highly preferred.

Working - Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6pm

Salary range - INR 35,000 to INR 50,000 per month
