What You Will Own

Product and Tech

Support product direction and prioritisation

Conduct user research and competitive analysis

Convert insights into product requirements or experiments

Work with engineering on sprints, QA, and rollouts

Drive zero to one experiments and prototypes

GTM and Growth

Support GTM planning across sales, marketing, and CS

Run growth experiments across funnels, activation, and retention

Create internal and external narratives including decks and enablement

Track and report product and GTM metrics

Operations and Strategic Projects

Lead cross functional projects that require fast execution

Build scalable processes and frameworks

Explore new business opportunities and partnerships

Solve unstructured problems with first principles thinking

Who You Are

2 to 6 years in start-ups, PM, consulting, ops, GTM, engineering, or related

fields

Strong generalist who learns quickly and executes independently

Curiosity about product, technology, and markets

Comfortable with ambiguity and end to end ownership

Strong problem solving, communication, and structured thinking

Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action

Nice to have

Prior experience working with leadership

Experience building something from scratch
