The MissionThe Founder of HireKo.ai is building the next generation of AI-driven recruitment. To stay focused on product vision and scaling, they need a Force Multiplier. You aren't just managing a calendar; you are managing the Founder's most precious resource: Time. You will be the bridge between the Founder's vision and the tactical execution required to get there.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Ghostwriting: Draft high-stakes emails, investor updates, and LinkedIn thought leadership for the Founder.
- Operational Glue: Manage the Founder's operating systemtriage the inbox, optimize the calendar, and ensure they are prepared for every meeting with briefs and research.
- Special Projects: From researching new AI compliance laws to overseeing the rollout of a new internal tool, you'll take on the I don't have a department for this yet tasks.
- Gatekeeping & Representation: Act as the first point of contact for partners and vendors, ensuring only the most critical items reach the Founder's desk.
- Meeting Coordination: You will manage a complex global calendar, balancing India-based dev teams (if applicable) and US-based investors/clients.
Who You Are- Tech-Fluent: You don't just use AI; you understand the landscape. You're comfortable with Notion, Slack, and prompt engineering to automate your own workflow.
