This is a remote internship role for a Founders Associate position. The Founders Associate will work closely with AImploy's founding team to manage daily operations, support business strategy initiatives, conduct research, and assist in various organizational tasks. Responsibilities will include market analysis, report preparation, project coordination, and contributing innovative ideas to drive growth and efficiency. The role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed market research and gather data effectively
• Project management and organizational skills to support cross-functional initiatives and operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement and professional interaction
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and startup environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar software; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Interest and understanding of AI technology and its applications in recruitment
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Analytics, or a related field
