Role Overview
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the Founder across strategy, operations, growth, and special projects.
What You Will Do
You'll work closely with the Founder on:
- Strategic Projects: Market research, pitch decks, partnerships
- Client & Brand Work: Campaign planning, execution oversight, reporting
- Growth & Revenue: Sales funnels, proposals, pricing, lead tracking
- Operations: Process building, vendor coordination, internal dashboards
- Team & Culture: Hiring support, onboarding, internal initiatives
- Special Assignments: New verticals, experiments, quick problem-solving
No two weeks will look the same.
Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you are:

Bonus points if you have:
- Prior startup, agency, consulting, or campus leadership experience
- Strong Excel / Google Sheet skills
- A knack for storytelling, decks, or analytics
