The Role

This is a Founder's Office role for someone who wants to operate at the center of strategy, execution, and communication.

You'll work directly with founders and clients - shaping narratives, setting expectations, and turning complex technical work into clear, confident decisions. This is NOT an ops or admin role. You'll be thinking, writing, researching, and shipping.

What You'll Do

  1. Work closely with founders on strategy, client engagements, and critical initiatives
  2. Write constantly: sharp emails, structured documents, proposals, and narratives
  3. Own client communication - set expectations, explain tradeoffs, and drive clarity
  4. Research industries, companies, and problems deeply before proposing solutions
  5. Translate technical systems into clear stories that clients can understand and trust
  6. Work fluently with engineering and design teams to drive execution
  7. Travel occasionally to London or the US for clients, off-sites, or launches

What You Must Have

  1. Exceptional writing and storytelling ability - clear, direct, no fluff
  2. Strong technical intuition; comfortable working with engineers and designers
  3. Ability to reason about systems, architecture, and product tradeoffs
  4. High ownership and extreme learning velocity
  5. Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
  6. High passion and energy - this role requires 110% of your attention.

  1. Fully remote, with occasional travel
  2. 6 days/week · 9 hours/day
  3. Direct exposure to founders, enterprise clients, and real decisions
  4. Very high learning rate and responsibility
