Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on creative professional who can script short-form videos and reels, coordinate shoots, and manage client communication end-to-end. This role requires a balance of strong creative thinking, execution capability, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

UGC Content Strategy & Scripting

· Write compelling UGC scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts,Ads)

· Develop hooks, storytelling angles, CTAs, and variations for testing

· Adapt scripts for different creator styles and platforms

· Ensure scripts feel natural, authentic, and creator-led

Content Ideation & Planning

· Research trends, competitors, and viral formats

· Brainstorm UGC concepts aligned with brand goals

· Create content calendars focused on UGC & video-first content

· Repurpose long-form ideas into short-form scripts

Collaboration & Execution

· Collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal teams

· Provide clear briefs and direction to creators

· Review UGC videos and suggest improvements

· Coordinate with performance marketing for ad creatives

Performance & Optimization

· Analyze performance metrics (hooks, retention, CTR, conversions)

· Optimize scripts based on data and audience response

· Continuously test new angles, formats, and storytelling styles

Skills & Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in content writing / content strategy / UGC scripting

· Strong understanding of short-form video platforms

· Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills

· Ability to write in a conversational, creator-style tone

· Awareness of social media trends and internet culture

· Experience working with creators or influencers

· Familiarity with analytics and content testing
