Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join the Founder's Office at Prowrrap, based in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P. – 201005).

This role involves working closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, operational execution, and cross-functional projects across the organization.

This is a high-impact role suited for individuals who can operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take ownership of critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with founders on strategic planning and business initiatives
  • Drive execution of high-priority projects across operations, procurement, and finance
  • Support decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights
  • Track and monitor key business metrics and performance dashboards
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) for seamless execution
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable and efficient solutions
  • Support fundraising activities, investor communication, and business presentations (as required)
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, accountability, and closure of key deliverables

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

AI & Technology Proficiency (Important)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT and similar tools)
  • Ability to effectively use AI tools through structured prompting to generate insights, automate tasks, and improve productivity
  • Strong inclination toward leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and decision-making
