Your Future Role:

Take on a dynamic and rewarding challenge with Alstom, where you'll leverage your expertise in fleet management and planning within an innovative and cutting-edge field. As part of a forward-thinking, dedicated team, you will manage 24-hour fleet operations, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage 24-Hour Depot Operations: Oversee the efficient daily management of depot resources, including optimizing space and operations within the depot.
  • Coordinate Train Movements: Ensure smooth coordination of train handovers, movements, and scheduling within the depot.
  • Maintenance Planning & Defect Management: Provide real-time support and management for operational defects and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Reporting and Customer Communication: Submit timely reports and maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Strategic Project Management: Lead projects that align with contractual and business objectives, optimizing fleet management and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience or understanding of maintenance planning within a rail environment
  • Knowledge of metro train systems and basic troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT tools such as SAP, MS Project, and Maximo
  • Certification in Project Management or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility with working hours to ensure 24-hour coverage
