Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a position in the Founder's Office. This role is an extension of what a founder, at an early stage startup does on a day to day basis. The individual will assist the founder in various tasks including PnL accounting, MIS preparation, business development, hiring etc. The role involves conducting market research, preparing reports, coordinating with different departments, and supporting critical business decisions. The candidate will also handle scheduling, meeting preparations, and minute-taking, ensuring smooth operational flow within the organisation.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Bachelor's degree from tier 1 colleges
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills
  • Excellent market research and report preparation abilities
  • Effective stakeholder communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, startup or consulting is bonus
