Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a professional to work closely with the Founder's Office. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with executing key initiatives, conducting market analysis, managing operational challenges, and facilitating communication. The individual will also help establish and reinforce team processes, contribute to scaling operations, and support founders in decision-making through timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

You would be needed to speak to new and current founders, building a rapport with them, and driving operational excellence as we help them scale their businesses. You would also be enabling the founder for such conversations and working directly with the founding team.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organizational abilities, and process optimization expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Technical aptitude to adapt to tools and systems, and proficiency in data analysis
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem resolution
• Experience in startups, business consultancy, or similar environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
