About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and dynamicFounder's Office Associatewho can work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, ownership, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Founder in day-to-day operations, planning, and execution.
- Drive strategic projects across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Product).
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Manage follow-ups, calendars, communications, and high-priority tasks.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
- Support hiring, vendor engagement, event coordination, and special projects.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 13 years of experience in Founder's Office / Operations / Business Strategy / Consulting / Program Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of projects.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
