Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office role based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will work closely with the organization's founder, overseeing key projects, conducting market research, handling strategic initiatives, drafting reports, and managing internal and external communication. Responsibilities include streamlining operations, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across teams to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Ops, Strategic Planning and communication.
• High agency and ownership role.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication proficiency, along with Report Writing abilities.
• Project Management and Operational Coordination experience.
• Analytical acumen and Problem-Solving capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in productivity tools and technology (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• A self-driven and adaptable attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Prior experience in a strategic or consulting role is advantageous.
