Role Overview

This is aFounder's Officestyle role, working directly with the Founder and operating acrosssales, operations, and basic finance coordination. The role requires someone commercially sharp, operationally disciplined, and comfortable switching contextsclient calls one moment, CRM and documentation the next.

You will act as a trusted execution partner to the Founder, ensuring follow-ups are closed, processes move forward, and nothing drops between sales, operations, or finance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & CRM Operations
  • Manage CRM updates, pipelines, and follow-ups
  • Track meetings, action items, and deal progress
  • Handle sales documentation, contracts, signatures, and records
  • Occasionally take sales or client calls independently
Founder & Client Coordination
  • Join and coordinate client and internal calls
  • Ensure follow-up on meetings, deliverables, and commitments
  • Proactively remind the Founder of scheduled calls and priorities (e.g., 6 PM calls)
  • Act as a coordination point between Founder, clients, and internal teams
Operations & Finance Support
  • Support operational workflows and internal tracking
  • Coordinate invoices, basic billing follow-ups, and payment status
  • Maintain organized documentation across sales, ops, and finance
  • Assist in improving processes and internal systems

Must-Have Criteria
  • Experience across multiple functionssuch assales, operations, finance, or business support
  • US-educated preferred
  • Must have lived and/or worked in the US, UK, or similar markets
  • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with client-facing conversations and professional stakeholders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to operate in a fast-moving, Founder-led environment

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in aFounder's Office, Chief of Staff, Operations, or Sales Ops role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Exposure to startups, professional services, or international clients
