Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture & Execution:
- Own the OKR process (Objectives and Key Results) end-to-end, ensuring company goals are cascaded, measured, and achieved across Engineering, Sales, and Client Success.
- Lead the analysis and deep dive on high-stakes, undefined problems (e.g., Why is our CTV/Programmatic adoption lagging or How do we enter the retail media market), delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to the leadership team.
- Pilot and launch new strategic initiativesfrom exploring M&A opportunities and fundraising preparation to rolling out new internal policy frameworkstaking them from a napkin-sketch idea to a scalable operational process.
Operational Excellence & Bandwidth Expansion:
- Act as the Founder's Proxy in key internal and external meetings, synthesizing complex discussions into clear decisions and ensuring follow-through on all action items from the leadership team.
- Diagnose and resolve organizational bottlenecks in high-leverage areas (e.g., streamlining the product development lifecycle for our DSP/SSP, or optimizing the client onboarding process).
- Build and maintain the centralized Business Intelligence (BI) framework for the Founder, tracking competitive landscape, burn rate, revenue forecasting, and key product adoption metrics.
Culture & Communication Hub:
- Bridge the gap between technical product teams and client-facing sales/account teams, ensuring our cutting-edge AdTech solutions are communicated clearly and effectively to the market.
- Prepare and refine all critical external communication, including investor updates, board meeting materials, and high-stakes client presentations.
- Help define and reinforce the company cultureespecially our data-driven, bias-for-action ethosby designing and leading internal rituals and communication strategies.

Qualification:
- 1+ years in a high-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, or investment banking role, ideally with exposure to AdTech, MarTech, or B2B SaaS.
- Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to manipulate and synthesize complex datasets (Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel/GSheets, or BI tools is highly valued). You don't just report numbers; you tell a story that drives a decision.
- Extreme Ownership: You have a get-it-done mentality and can thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast-moving environment. You are a self-starter who operates with a CEO mindset.
- World-Class Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical or strategic issues simply and compellingly, whether in a detailed written memo or a presentation to the Board of Directors.
