Hiring: Founder's Office

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM IST

About the Company

We are a US-based early-stage venture capital firm investing in AI-driven hospitality and travel startups. Alongside investments, we work closely with founders through venture studio initiatives and growth programs to help scale innovative businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office and work directly with the leadership team.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role focused on ensuring seamless execution across the founder's priorities. You will act as the founder's execution support — driving follow-through, coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, fast-moving, and comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment with multiple parallel workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the founder on day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Track, manage, and follow up on key action items and ongoing projects
  • Ensure execution across multiple workstreams remains on track
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive alignment
  • Maintain visibility across priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and structured updates for decision-making
  • Identify blockers proactively and help resolve them efficiently
  • Support operational, strategic, and ad-hoc tasks as required

What We're Looking For
  • 5–12 years of experience in startups, founder's office roles, operations, consulting, or high-growth environments
  • Strong execution mindset with excellent follow-through
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • MS Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Word
  • Google Docs
  • Google Sheets
  • Comfortable preparing presentations and structured business updates
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
  • Strong coordination and multitasking capabilities
  • High ownership, reliability, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and fast-paced environments
