Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Founder's Office Executive to work directly with leadership on critical growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, cold calling, and business operations while contributing directly to company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Founder's Office with day-to-day growth and operational activities
Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to potential candidates and business leads
Maintain recruitment pipelines and CRM/ATS data
Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Assist with talent acquisition strategy and hiring initiatives
Support business development and lead qualification efforts
Prepare basic reports and track performance metrics
Handle founder-led special projects as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
12 years of experience in recruitment, HR, inside sales, cold calling, or business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
Strong work ethic with a hard-working and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a startup/fast-growth environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms
Prior exposure to startup or founder's office roles
Experience in B2B outreach or talent sourcing
