The Founder's Office functions as the central command centre driving strategy, execution, research, and cross-functional alignment across product, operations, marketing, and partnerships.
Role Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects. You will operate as an extension of the Founder's Office helping drive clarity, speed, and quality in execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Founder in daily planning, decision-making, and priority management
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, user insights, and new product ideas
- Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for internal reviews or external partners
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain dashboards, checklists, and follow-up trackers
- Draft internal notes, SOPs, updates, and communication for teams
- Support in preparing investor decks, pitch content, and founder-led posts
- Join founder meetings (internal or external) as needed
- Capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
- Analyse user feedback, queries, and behaviour on app/WhatsApp flows
- Organising documents, notes, and research content
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication (English/Hindi)
- Research and analytical ability
- Attention to detail & structured thinking
- Basic understanding of marketing or product workflows
- Ability to multitask and work independently
