Job Description

Join the Founder's Office and work directly with the founder on sales, strategy, content, and high-impact growth projects that shape the future of the institute. If you're ambitious, creative, and love taking ownership, this is your chance to learn fast and build real skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Reach out to leads via calls and texts. Take follow-up with interested prospects and nurture relationships.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Contribute to content creation wrt social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  4. Work closely with the team on strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional coordination.
  5. Monitor recent trends and competitor analysis in the EdTech market.
  6. Plan and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with law entrance exams.
  7. Conduct research for new product launches, expansion opportunities, or growth experiments.
  8. Support launches, campaigns, webinars and live sessions through social media platforms.
  9. Research and identify emerging Instagram trends, reels formats, and viral content ideas relevant to the target audience.
  10. Conduct Ad creative research WRT campaigns.

Qualifications

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Confident in speaking with leads over calls and handling follow-ups professionally
  3. Strong interest in sales, marketing, content, and growth strategy.
  4. Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content trends.
  5. Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  6. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
  7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
  8. Prior experience in sales, content creation, or EdTech is a plus but not mandatory.
