THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for someone who wants to help us reach the customers who need this most — and who's willing to do the unglamorous, high-leverage work of building that pipeline from scratch.

This is a Founder's Office role. You'll work directly with the founding team on business development, market research, and growth. The scope will expand as you prove yourself. People who do well here go on to own functions, not just support them.


WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Identify and research the right customer segments — founders, CHROs, talent heads at high-growth companies

• Build targeted lead lists and support outreach campaigns

• Analyse competitors and market dynamics to sharpen how we position Parikshak

• Help develop case studies, content, and campaign materials that convert

• Use AI tools to make research, prospecting, and outreach dramatically faster

• Run growth experiments and track what actually moves the needle

• Work on whatever cross-functional problem needs solving that week



Requirements

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
• You find yourself reading about business models, growth strategies, and market dynamics in your spare time

• You've used AI tools to do research or build a workflow that genuinely saved time

• You write clearly, concisely, and without needing multiple rounds of editing

• You can hold a confident conversation with a founder or a CHRO without a script

• You see something that needs doing and do it — before being asked
