Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founder's Office Intern, based in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will work closely with the founder to support strategic planning, research, and execution across various projects. Responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting in-depth research, collaborating with internal teams, managing priority tasks, and streamlining processes to enhance productivity. You will gain firsthand exposure to business decision-making and an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization committed to transforming healthcare services.

Qualifications

  • Analytical and research skills with a focus on problem-solving and data interpretation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports
  • Project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
  • Adaptability, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Interest in healthcare consulting and familiarity with the industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing higher education in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field

This is not a shadow-and-observe role. You work directly with a senior consultant on real deliverables from day one.

What You'll Work On

Tech & AI

* Build and deploy AI agents for workflow automation and outreach tasks

* Analyse and structure large doctor datasets (500K records) for CRM-based outreach

* Design no-code / low-code pipelines (Airtable, Make.com, WhatsApp Business API)

Research

* Literature review on doctor-patient-hospital engagement models in India

* Synthesise findings into structured memos and framework documents

* Assist in formalising research outputs — potential co-authorship for qualifying work.

Who Should Apply

* Has built AI agents using LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, Make + LLM APIs, or similar

* Comfortable with data (Python / SQL / Airtable)

* Has created or managed content on LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook

* Clear written English — for research, copy, and client-facing docs

* Self-directed — delivers without hand-holding

Good to have: Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, prior healthcare or consulting exposure, academic writing experience
