Title: Founder's Office Intern (On-Site | Gurgaon)

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site, Shared Accommodation Provided)

Type: Internship (Full-Time, 6 days/week, 10 hours/day | Minimum 3 months)

Stipend: ₹45,000/month (₹10,000 cash + ₹35,000 housing expenses)

We're a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee 19 graduate. Achieved 15x growth in 3 months to ₹2Cr+ revenue run rate. Backed by founders of Bewakoof, Palmonas & Upside Learning, ex CTO of slice, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Stanford, Harvard alums looking to scale rapidly in 2026. As we close our pre-seed round, we're looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of a startup, from operations to strategy, and play a direct role in scaling the business.

Responsibilities

As a Founder's Office Intern, your work will be diverse and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Product Management: Focus on expanding new products, and making the current ones better.
2. P & L: Find ways to expand the revenue from the current business lines.
3. Automation: Automate marketing material flow and other processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.
4. Research: Conduct research on various topics as required by the founder, such as market trends, competition, and product strategies.
5. Ecommerce Platforms: Handle operations and growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
6. Online Presence: Contribute to the growth of the startup's online presence across platforms.
7. Offline Distribution: Help execute distribution strategies to expand offline presence.
8. Adhoc Sales & Operations: Support sales and operational tasks as needed.
9. General Startup Tasks: Take on various tasks as required by the startup, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
10. Customer Interaction: Engage with past customers to gather insights and brainstorm new ideas for growth.

Requirements

• Strong interest in startups, innovation, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of brand building, and marketing.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and creating efficient workflows.
• Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart is a plus.
• Interest in AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with the founder, team, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of tasks.
• Minimum commitment of 3 months.
