About the Role

Daloft Aerospace Private Limited is an Indian UAV avionics technology company focused on developing indigenous flight controllers and avionics subsystems for uncrewed aerial vehicles platforms.

The Founder's Office Intern will work directly with the leadership team on strategic initiatives related to fundraising, partnerships, market intelligence and financial research within the UAV and aerospace ecosystem.

This role offers exposure to early-stage startup strategy, capital planning, technology commercialization and investor engagement, while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Market Research

• Conduct research on venture capital firms, strategic investors and government grant programs related to aerospace, robotics and deep-tech startups
• Track industry trends in UAV technology, drone manufacturing, avionics systems and defence tech
• Prepare comparative analysis of relevant companies, UAV platforms and avionics market segments

Financial & Business Analysis

• Assist in building and reviewing financial models (under supervision)
• Support scenario planning and cost structure analysis for technology product development
• Help prepare investment-related summaries and briefing notes

Founder Support

• Assist in preparing investor decks and background materials
• Maintain investor tracking sheets and internal documentation updates
• Support due diligence data compilation and documentation

Strategic Projects

• Contribute to research-driven strategic initiatives related to UAV technology and avionics systems
• Prepare structured reports and executive summaries
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs when required
