What You'll Do
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create high-quality, thoughtful content (not generic posts)
- Research trends, audiences, and topics to craft meaningful content
- Communicate with founders, speakers, and leaders professionally
- Write DMs, captions, and messages that reflect brand voice
- Support in building a strong founder/community-led brand
- Experiment with AI tools to improve content and efficiency

- You have strong content sense (you know what looks & feels premium)
- You can research and write content independently
- You communicate confidently and professionally
- You are comfortable interacting with founders & senior leaders
- You take ownership — not just instructions
- You are curious about AI tools and love experimenting
- You have a growth mindset and attention to detail
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, etc.
- Understand personal branding / founder-led content
- Have managed a page or built content before
Qualifications
- Exceptional skills in Content Writing, Copywriting, and Creative Writing
- Proficiency in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Communication Strategy
- Strong Research and Analytical skills to identify trends and gather insights
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
- A passion for empowering women and driving meaningful change
