Roles & Responsibilities:
- To market Spectrum Banking as a prominent brand internally in the Bank & showcase the capability of Spectrum Banking.
- Liaison & engaging with Digital Banking Team (IRIS Mobile App) to optimize the journeys of the respective product & seamless movement of high intent leads to Spectrum Banking
- Driving Product Penetration across the bank thru Optimus Journey. Key participant on optimizing the lead funnel & Customer persona mapping to elevate the performance
- Engaging with Marketing Team (MCC) on optimizing the lead funnel & balancing the leads at the source level with a mix of organic & paid campaigns
- Keep yourself well informed on the developments in digital and process improvement programs and contribute in developing a business strategy and plans by providing improvement advice and expertise.
- Work closely with different stakeholder like Digital Banking Team, Marketing Team to identify changes and drive improvement projects for entire Product Line of the Bank on the drop off journeys
- Support in process enhancement to ensure effectiveness and implement strategy to better customer experience
- Constantly innovate keeping in mind the upcoming trends in financial services / products across geographies
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within Spectrum Banking in the cross functional processes and implement them and drive performance benchmarking
- Liaison with CDAC Team (Data Management Team) for creating lead scoring model & customer personas for optimizing the conversion funnel
- All product team who are liaison with Spectrum Banking, Retail Assets, Retail Liabilities, Credit Cards, Business Banking, Third Party Distribution Team (Insurance & Investments) & Merchant Acquisition
