Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business development, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Support identification of new opportunities, market research, and client outreach to drive business expansion.
- Strategy & Founder's Office: Work directly with the Founder on business models, expansion plans, and execution of key strategic initiatives.
- HR Transformation Projects:Assist on consulting projects through research, data analysis, dashboards, and report creation.
- HR Operations (Internal): Support onboarding, exit processes, HR documentation, and basic payroll inputs.
- Internal Team hiring: Assist with sourcing, coordination, and managing the recruitment process for internal roles.
- Administrative & Founder Support: Provide support with scheduling, coordination, and managing day-to-day operational tasks.
