Job Title: Founder's Office Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months post which would convert into a full time role

Reporting To: Founder & CEO

Stipend: Based on interview

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business development, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Support identification of new opportunities, market research, and client outreach to drive business expansion.
  • Strategy & Founder's Office: Work directly with the Founder on business models, expansion plans, and execution of key strategic initiatives.
  • HR Transformation Projects:Assist on consulting projects through research, data analysis, dashboards, and report creation.
  • HR Operations (Internal): Support onboarding, exit processes, HR documentation, and basic payroll inputs.
  • Internal Team hiring: Assist with sourcing, coordination, and managing the recruitment process for internal roles.
  • Administrative & Founder Support: Provide support with scheduling, coordination, and managing day-to-day operational tasks.
