Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India

Work Type: Full On-site | Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

About Us

Unstoppable Creative Agency is a strategy-led creative and growth agency built on neuro-branding, emotional storytelling, and subconscious-driven design.

We work with ambitious brands to build powerful positioning, high-impact communication, and scalable growth ecosystems across real estate, FMCG, BFSI, lifestyle, healthcare, and emerging categories.

In our first year, we scaled primarily through referrals and founder-led relationships. We are now entering our next phase building a structured growth engine, strengthening our consulting-led approach, and positioning Unstoppable as a premium brand & growth partner.

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic, business-minded professional to join Unstoppable Creative Agency as Founder's Office (Strategy & Growth).

You will own client acquisition, lead business discovery, design GTM strategies, and build integrated marketing solutions for new and existing clients.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, and revenue.

This is not a telecalling or lead-pushing role.

This is a thinking-led, problem-solving, and client-facing growth role.

Responsibilities

Founder's Office Growth & Strategy

Work closely with the Founder on growth planning and priority initiatives

Support long-term agency growth roadmap

Client Acquisition & New Business

Own the end-to-end new business journey: discovery strategy pitch proposal closure

Handle inbound leads and support outbound opportunity sourcing

Qualify prospects based on business need, budget, and seriousness

Maintain a healthy and trackable acquisition pipeline

Participate in commercial discussions and deal closures

Business Discovery & Problem Diagnosis

Lead structured client discovery conversations

Understand client business models, revenue drivers, and growth challenges

Translate business problems into marketing, brand, and communication problems

Create clear internal briefs and insight documents

GTM Strategy & Pitch Development

Build GTM strategies for new brands and launches

Create strategy decks and pitch presentations

Define positioning, messaging frameworks, and channel mix

Design integrated marketing solutions across:

  • Branding & Identity
  • Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Social & Content
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Media Distribution
  • Print, Radio & OOH
  • Experiential

Existing Client Growth

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Build expansion proposals and quarterly growth plans

Support long-term client value creation

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Creative, Design, Performance, Video, and Web teams

Ensure strategies are executable and commercially viable

Agency Positioning

Contribute to Unstoppable's own positioning and narrative

Help build credentials decks, case studies, and pitch frameworks

Qualifications

25 years experience in agency or brand-side strategy, planning, growth, consulting, or new business

No career gaps

Proven experience working on pitches and strategy decks

Experience across at least 23 industries:

Real Estate, FMCG, BFSI, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Skills

Growth strategy, brand strategy, GTM strategy, client acquisition, pitch deck creation, integrated marketing, business thinking, presentation skills, communication development, proposal creation, agency growth
