We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our SaaS startup as a Growth & Strategy in
the Founders Office. This role will involve working closely with the founders to provide critical insights,
conduct research, perform competitive analysis, build SaaS models, and crunch deep data. We are looking
for someone with a go-getter attitude, strong academic or professional background, and a passion for driving
growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on various areas- new product, market trends,
customer segments, and emerging technologies.
Analyze industry reports, market data, and competitor information to identify opportunities and
challenges. Competitive Benchmarking: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies,
market positioning, and product offerings.
Provide regular updates and insights to the founders on competitive landscape changes and
recommend appropriate actions.
GTM Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective GTM strategies to ensure successful
product launches and market penetration.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align GTM strategies with business goals.
SaaS Modeling: Build SaaS business models, and economics and update and track them regularly.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive
decision-making and strategy formulation.
Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise
manner.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to
communicate research findings, recommendations, and progress updates to the founders and
stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and
sales to gather relevant insights and ensure alignment with business goals.
Act as a bridge between different teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional
collaboration.
What we're looking for
Education: Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Computer Science,
or a related discipline. Strong academic credentials are preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in research, data analysis, or strategy consulting is highly
desirable. Experience in the SaaS industry or startup environment is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude
for working with complex data sets and deriving actionable insights. Proficiency in statistical
analysis and data visualization tools is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present
complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner. Attention to detail and accuracy in
reporting and documentation.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and take
ownership of projects. A go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and keeping up with
industry developments.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with evolving
priorities and ambiguity. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a willingness to take
on new challenges.
