Role: Founder's Office Growth & Partnerships Intern

Role Overview
This role works closely with the Founder on executing growth initiatives across outbound outreach, supply onboarding and real-world content capture. It's designed for someone who is comfortable being on the ground, enjoys interacting with people, and has a creative instinct for spotting what works online.
You'll play a hands-on role in helping Ventii grow visibility, build supply, and maintain momentum across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach & Growth
- Initiate conversations with potential clients, venues, and partners across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Maintain follow-ups and track outreach progress
- Support building and maintaining a simple outreach and lead pipeline
Supply Onboarding & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with venue partners and vendors
- Assist with onboarding venues onto the Ventii platform
- Coordinate with venue teams to collect accurate details, pricing, and assets
- Ensure listings are complete, verified, and published
- Support on-ground visits and walkthroughs where required
Content, Engagement & Trends
- Capture real-life photos and short videos during venue visits, meetings, and events
- Support engagement on social platforms through comments, replies, and short-form interactions
- Contribute one-liners, quick reactions, and trend-based ideas (including meme trends)
- Help identify timely moments and formats that the brand can participate in organically
