About JetLearn

JetLearn is a European EdTech startup (HQ: Amsterdam) delivering personalised AI, coding, and robotics classes for kids (616) through live 1:1 Zoom sessions. We're building a product-led, e-commerce-style journey so parents can enrol seamlesslyat scale.

The Role

We're hiring a high-ownership Program Manager in the Founder's Office to run priority initiatives directly with the founders and leadership team. You'll turn big ideas into structured programs, align cross-functional teams, and build systems that drive growth fast. This is not a sales role; it's a mission-critical execution and enablement role.

What You'll Do

  • Own 01 strategic initiatives across growth, revenue operations, partnerships, and customer experience

  • Work daily with founders and senior leaders to plan, execute, and track outcomes

  • Build scalable workflows for lead capture, routing, CRM hygiene, and reporting (HubSpot, Sheets, Zapier, etc.)

  • Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Tech, Curriculum, and Ops to launch experiments and growth loops

  • Create playbooks, SOPs, dashboards, and weekly business reviews to improve execution speed

  • Speak to parents/educators/students to gather insights and convert feedback into action

  • What We're Looking For

    • 12 years in a fast-paced startup, Sales initiaves, growth, or ops role

    • Strong analytical thinking + bias for action; you love systems, not chaos

    • Clear communicator who can manage stakeholders and move teams

    • Founder mindset: ownership, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity

    • Passion for EdTech and building impact at scale
