At Age Stronger, we are changing how older adults experience their later years through movement, strength, and community.

We are looking for a sharp, empathetic, and driven individual to join us and wear multiple hats across content, strategy, and communications.

This is a front-row seat to building a brand from the ground up, learning skills that will far outlast the AI era.

What You Will Do

• Customer Empathy & Feedback: Speak directly with our members and their families. Understand their journeys, gather feedback, and translate those insights into business improvements.

• Storytelling & Strategy: Dictate our content strategy. You will figure out how we communicate our mission to the world and what stories we need to tell.

• Field Production: Grab a camera (or a good phone) and shoot our live sessions. Capture the energy, the movement, and the real human impact of what we do.

• Streamline Operations: Help us build systems. You will look at how we run things behind the scenes and figure out how to make them faster, smoother, and better.

How We Work (The Logistics):

• Location: Must be based in Bangalore. (Outstation applications will not be considered).

• Work Style: Hybrid. You will split your time between working remotely, brainstorming at our Sadashivanagar office, and traveling to our session sites (predominantly North Bangalore for now).
