About the Role

This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role working directly with the founders across strategy, operations, and execution.

You'll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, driving key initiatives, ensuring accountability across teams, and helping scale goGlocal's core business functions.

What You Will Own

1. Business Planning & OKRs

  • Translate company goals into actionable plans and track execution
  • Drive OKR setting, tracking, and reviews across teams
  • Identify gaps and push teams to meet key business objectives

2. Weekly Reviews & Reporting

  • Run weekly business reviews with leadership
  • Track key metrics across sales, operations, and growth
  • Build reports to enable data-driven decisions

3. Strategy & Operations

  • Work on company-wide strategic initiatives across revenue, growth, and expansion
  • Solve cross-functional problems spanning sales, product, operations, and supply chain
  • Drive execution of high-priority projects from 0→1

4. Founder Shadowing

  • Work closely with founders on day-to-day priorities
  • Participate in key meetings, decision-making, and external conversations
  • Act as an extension of the founders in internal and external initiatives

5. Hiring & Talent Support

  • Support hiring across functions — from sourcing to closing candidates
  • Help define org structure and role requirements

6. Process Building & Professionalization

  • Set up and streamline systems like CRM, reporting frameworks, and SOPs
  • Improve operational efficiency across teams
  • Bring structure to fast-scaling workflows

7. Partnerships & Business Initiatives

  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships
  • Support business development and new revenue opportunities
  • Work on high-impact collaborations across ecosystems

8. Marketing & Growth Initiatives

  • Work with marketing teams on acquisition and performance tracking
  • Optimize funnels, CAC, and ROI across channels

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, business roles, or founder's office
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable working across functions and handling ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, startups, and global markets

Bonus Points If You

  • Have worked in a startup or early-stage company
  • Have experience with dashboards, CRM tools, or growth analytics
  • Understand D2C, e-commerce, or cross-border business
