The Execution Partner will work directly with the founder of the organization to help implement and execute the company's strategic plan. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proven ability to execute, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Execution Partner will have a deep understanding of the company's goals and vision, and be able to develop and execute plans to achieve them.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founder to implement and execute the company's strategic plan.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven ability to execute and deliver results.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with senior executives and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience in finance or accounting.
