Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time internship for current students based in Mumbai, focused on Marketing & User Acquisition within the Founder's Office. The intern will assist in offline marketing strategies, community events, and will be given the responsibility to lead events end-to-end. In addition, motivated individuals will have the flexibility to get involved in areas that match their learning goals - like gaining exposure to social media, content strategy, or campaign analytics or even product strategy. It's a dynamic environment where ambitious students eager to learn on the ground can shape their experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in event coordination, community engagement, college fests etc.
• Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse groups. Older audiences need a balance of warmth, patience, and assertiveness.
• Persuasive communicator with the confidence to influence and motivate people.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to think beyond the usual.
• Current student at any college in Mumbai.
