Job Description

Job Title: Founder's Office - Strategist & Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site, Full-Time)

About the Role: This is a high-impact, dynamic role for a self-driven individual who will work directly with the Founder across departments. You'll be the key link between strategy and execution responsible for aligning Tech, Operations, HR, Finance, Data, and Associate Management with the founder's vision. From AI tools and project management to investor meetings and SOP building, this role gives you exposure to all the inner workings of a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Founder Support & Strategic Execution:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Founder across priorities
  • Attend high-profile meetings, take AI-generated notes, and assign action items
  • Prepare pre-meeting briefs, reports, decks, and summaries

2) Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Be the central coordinator between Tech, HR, Finance, Marketing, Data & Associate Teams
  • Monitor and follow up on departmental tasks and goals
  • Run weekly syncs and track execution status

3) ClickUp & Workflow Management:

  • Manage task flows, dashboards, and reporting using ClickUp
  • Create systemized SOPs and ensure timely execution

4) AI-Driven Efficiency:

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Fireflies.ai, Otter.ai, etc., to automate workflows
  • Introduce new tech tools to improve team productivity

5) Project & Operations Oversight:

  • Drive strategic projects from initiation to closure
  • Track key initiatives like data stacking, associate onboarding, investor pipeline updates, etc.

6) High-Stakes Support:

  • Assist with high-value transactions, presentations, or investor meetings as needed
  • Represent the founder when required with professionalism

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 26 years in Strategy, Operations, Founder's Office, Executive Assistant to CXO, or Business Consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficient with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude
  • Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
