We're a bootstrapped AdTech/SaaS startup building AI-powered tools to automate and optimize Amazon Ads. Our flagship platform, CreatAiGenie, empowers sellers to reduce manual campaign work, drive better ROAS with rule-based automation, and seamlessly scale their ad spend. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our founder's officeno base salary, 100% uncapped commissions, and revenue-sharing of up to 10% on every deal closed.
Role & Responsibilities
Performance-Driven Revenue Generation
- Target & Acquire: Identify high-potential Amazon sellers, agencies, and e-commerce brands.
- Negotiate & Close: Seal deals for our SaaS subscriptions ($29$199/mo) and custom Generative AI development ($499$1,499 per project).
- Build Partnerships: Collaborate with Amazon consultants, tool vendors, and industry influencers to unlock referral pipelines.
Sales Execution
- Product Mastery: Conduct compelling demos (full training & scripts provided).
- Customized Pitches: Leverage case studies (e.g., Brand X cut ACOS by 40%) to demonstrate ROI.
- Multichannel Outreach: Manage sales cycles end-to-end via email, LinkedIn, and cold callsstart immediately with our curated warm leads.
Pipeline Ownership
- CRM Management: Own your funnel in Zoho CRM track activity, forecast revenue, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Prioritization: Use our Ideal Customer Profile ( 500K rs/yr ad spend) framework to focus on high-intent prospects.
Commission & Revenue-Sharing Structure
We follow a revenue-sharing model (akin to performance-based partnership models). You earn uncapped commissions based on closed-won revenue, paid out monthly:

After a two-week probation, you begin sharing up to 10% of the revenue you help generate. Top performers can ramp to 20% commissions on enterprise deals and transition to equity- or salary-based roles once we close our pre-seed round.

- 6+ months in B2B SaaS or tech sales (commission-only experience a plus).

- Proven hunter: 20+ outbound touches/day using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Familiarity with Amazon PPC, Google & Meta Ads.
