ProJyotish is building the world's most powerful Vedic Astrology AI — making ancient Jyotish wisdom instantly accessible to anyone, right from WhatsApp and iMessage. Founded by an IIT Delhi-trained Vedic astrologer and an AI expert, we're at an exciting early stage, growing fast and looking for sharp, passionate people to grow with us.

The Role

This is a rare, high-trust role sitting directly in the Founder's Office. You'll work hand-in-hand with the founders across growth, marketing, brand, and customer experience — touching virtually every part of the business. There's no narrow job description here: one morning you're analysing yesterday's metrics, the next you're briefing an influencer or setting up a campaign with our marketing advisor.

We're looking for someone who is sharp, self-driven, and genuinely excited about astrology and AI — someone who wants to learn how a 0→1 startup is built from the inside out.

What You'll Do

Data & Insights

• Compile a daily metrics brief for the founders — covering subscribers, conversations, retention, and campaign performance

• Track trends, flag anomalies, and translate numbers into clear, actionable insights

Customer Experience

• Own first-line responses to customer queries across WhatsApp, iMessage, email, and social channels

• Be the voice of the customer internally — surface patterns, feedback, and product signals to the founding team

Brand & Digital Marketing

• Work alongside the founders and our marketing advisor to plan, set up, and run campaigns on Instagram and YouTube

• Coordinate content calendars, brief creatives, manage ad setup, and track campaign performance

• Test messaging, formats, and audiences; report back on what's moving the needle

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Scout and reach out to astrology, spirituality, and wellness creators on Instagram and YouTube

• Drive campaigns end-to-end — from first outreach through negotiation, content brief, and performance review

• Build a durable, organised network of creator relationships for ProJyotish

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, operations, or a generalist startup role

• Strong written communication in English; Hindi a plus for influencer outreach

• Comfortable with Instagram, YouTube, and ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Analytical enough to work with metrics daily and draw your own conclusions

• Genuine interest in astrology, spirituality, or wellness — this matters

• High ownership mindset: you close loops, don't wait to be told twice, and treat problems as yours to solve

Nice to Have

• Experience running influencer or creator campaigns

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or Posthog

• Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment
