Job Summary
This role sits at the intersection of
strategy, execution, and operations, working directly with the Chief of Staff & Founders. We are looking for early-career consultants who want to move from advisory work to hands-on execution and business building.
You will help founders think through problems, structure decisions, andmost importantlydrive outcomes across teams.
Role Objectives (What You'll Be Accountable For)
- Enable founders to make faster, better decisions through structured analysis.
- Drive high-priority initiatives from problem definition to execution.
- Ensure alignment, follow-through, and closure on cross-functional projects.
- Act as a bridge between strategy and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Problem Solving
- Structure ambiguous business problems using first-principles thinking.
- Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis.
- Prepare crisp decks, briefs, and decision notes for leadership discussions.
- Ensure coherence and quality of business, product, and strategy narratives across internal and external materials.
- Execution & Program Management
- Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (planning execution review).
- Track priorities, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and execution bottlenecks.
- Own ongoing relationships with key external vendors and industry bodies (e.g., insurance partners & industry associations), ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Founder & Leadership Support
- Work closely with founders on priority topics requiring speed and discretion.
- Convert leadership direction into clear action plans for teams.
- Ensure follow-through on decisions and commitments.
- Support preparation for critical external stakeholder interactions (partners, banks, investors), including briefs, data, and narrative alignment.
- Operations & Process Improvement
- Help design and improve internal processes as the company scales.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and operating cadences where needed.
- Support hiring coordination, onboarding, and internal ops initiatives.
- Own decision tracking by documenting context, rationale, and outcomes, and ensuring learnings are carried forward into future work.
- Special Projects
- Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives that need focused problem-solving.
- Step into new problem spaces quickly with minimal context.
- Balance high-quality thinking with hands-on execution.
Required Skills/Traits & Experience
- 13 years in management, strategy, or operations consulting (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Experience working on problem-solving, analysis, and stakeholder-facing deliverables.
- Structured thinking and hypothesis-driven problem-solving.
- Strong written communication (especially slides and short decision docs).
- Analytical comfort (Excel / Google Sheets; basic models and analysis).
- Ability to move from insights to action.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
- Low ego, high learning mindset.
- Bias toward execution, not just recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech clients.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, collaborative, and structured working environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work closely with banking leadership and operations teams on-site.
