We're looking for a
Sales Development Associate who is confident on calls, sharp in communication, and eager to grow fast. This is a remote-first role with the

AI talent marketplace of the future, already trusted by
100s of employers across the GCC (Gulf). This is
not a traditional role — you'll wear multiple hats, work directly with the founder, and play a crucial part in shaping how we scale.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects and open conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Understand employer challenges and connect them to Whitecarrot's AI-powered solutions.
- Keep HubSpot CRM sharp and forecast-ready.
- Support the founder in advancing deals and closing logos.
- Share frontline insights that shape our product roadmap and sales playbook.
- Take on different responsibilities as needed — wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Confident, energetic phone presence.
- Experience in sales And/OR recruitment/HR industry.
- Strong written communication with a professional yet approachable tone.
- Independent, disciplined, and comfortable working UAE hours.
- Resilient, competitive, and driven to exceed ambitious targets.
- Tech startup or SaaS sales exposure is a plus.
