About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented
Founder's Office Executive to work closely with the Founder in a fast-paced Media & Entertainment environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain strategic exposure and contribute directly to high-impact business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day operations, strategy, and execution
- Assist in business planning, market research, and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Production, Sales) to ensure smooth execution
- Manage founder's calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights
- Drive special projects including brand collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships
- Track key business metrics and assist in decision-making
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and various stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Founder's Office / Strategy / Consulting / Media roles
- Strong understanding of Media, Digital Content, Influencer Marketing, or Entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Media Agencies / Production Houses / Creator Economy platforms
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Exposure to campaign planning, content strategy, or brand partnerships
