• Turning credit cards into a primary payment instrument (beyond just swipes)
• Unlocking high-value use cases like rent & education payments

Role: Founder's Office

This is not a traditional role. You'll work directly with the founders across product, growth, operations, and strategy.

What You'll Do

• Work on 0→1 and 1→10 problem statements across business lines
• Drive product-led growth initiatives and experiments
• Solve cross-functional problems spanning product, ops, partnerships, and analytics
• Build processes from scratch and scale what works
• Act as a force multiplier for the founders

Who We're Looking For

• Jack of all trades, with a strong bias towards tech and product thinking
• A Jombie – someone who can operate across time zones and doesn't wait for instructions
• Strong context switcher – able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality
• 4–5 years of experience, preferably with an MBA from IIM
• Fintech experience (2+ years) is strongly preferred
• High ownership, high curiosity, and high execution speed

Compensation

• No fixed cap — we're willing to pay top-of-market for the right candidate
