Role: Founder's Office

This is not a traditional role. You'll work directly with the founders across product, growth, operations, and strategy.

What You'll Do

Work on 01 and 110 problem statements across business lines
Drive product-led growth initiatives and experiments
Solve cross-functional problems spanning product, ops, partnerships, and analytics
Build processes from scratch and scale what works
Act as a force multiplier for the founders

Who We're Looking For

Jack of all trades, with a strong bias towards tech and product thinking
A Jombie – someone who can operate across time zones and doesn't wait for instructions
Strong context switcher – able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality
4–5 years of experience, preferably with an MBA from IIM
Fintech experience (2+ years) is strongly preferred
High ownership, high curiosity, and high execution speed

Compensation

No fixed cap — we're willing to pay top-of-market for the right candidate
