Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder, based in Bokaro Steel City. The Founder will oversee the development and execution of the organization's vision, mission, and long-term goals. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, fundraising, stakeholder and partner engagement, team leadership, and monitoring program implementation. The Founder will also represent the organization in public forums, advocate for societal change, and ensure efficient allocation of resources for sustained community empowerment.
Qualifications
- Leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making expertise
- Proven ability in fundraising, partnership development, and donor engagement
- Strong communication, public speaking, and advocacy skills
- Experience in managing teams, mentoring, and fostering collaboration
- Knowledge of community development, social services, or nonprofit management is an advantage
- Passion for social impact and a demonstrated commitment to societal development
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
