What you'll do
- Build custom integrations & AI workflows
- Design LLM prompts, RAG systems, AI solutions
- Write production-grade Python/JS
- Decide what becomes reusable tooling vs core product
- Upstream learnings to core engineering

- Strong Python or JavaScript engineer
- Comfortable with ambiguity & fast iteration
- Exposure to AI systems (LLMs, RAG, prompts)
