We are inviting applications for the position of Formulation Research Scientist for our team.
The Details Of The Role Are As Follows
Education : MSc in Chemistry
Location : Hyderabad
Reporting : Principal Scientist
Experience : About 6-8 years of work experience in agro formulations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop composition for new formulations and generic formulations.
- Perform Physico-chemical analysis of developmental products by following the necessary guidelines and regional regulatory requirement.
- Ensure the quality of formulations developed with various analysis as per requirement.
- Bibliographic research for project work literature, or to verify the existence of the patent.
- Improvisation of existing products or process for cost reduction, quality enhancement and single source components.
- Maintain experiment records in lab notebook, soft copy and Electronic lab notebook to protect Intellectual Property to support patentability, and document preparation for technology transfer.
- Document preparation for Raw material, SFG & FG specification, Data bank, Bill of material (BOM) and project audit.
- Coordination with cross-functions for leading the project.
- Execute and perform technology transfer processes from bench scale to pilot production at industrial scale and give support to the process engineers and production unit.
- Support to production for streamlined project execution.
- Ensure and analyze process hazard's study for raw material prior to scaleup.
- Responsible as formulation lab member to follow safety precautions, adhere safety guidelines, fulfil safety requirements, provide support in the procurement of chemicals and equipment's required for formulation development.
