Do you enjoy forex trading, coding & solving complex problems through AI You will work directly with the Founder (forex trader & entrepreneur) and contribute to strategy, automation, research, and operations. This is a role for curious minds who learn rapidly, take ownership, and grow into a core team position.
Role Overview
You will:
- Strategize & research around forex trading strategies, indicators, risk management. You should know trading basics reading charts, indicators, risk management, punching profitable trades.
- Work on MT4/MT5 EA bot logic, testing, optimization & freelancer spotting & coordination
- Use AI tools daily for problem-solving, automation & research on new topics on regular basis.
- Keep a tab of which cryptos, stocks to invest in for swing trading &long term.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, operations & HR coordination. Understand that 35% tasks may be repetitive (or boring).
Who should apply
Someone who is:
- Quick learner & self-driven
- Detail-oriented with clear communication (English proficiency is must)
- Comfortable solving new problems without hand-holding
- Actively using ChatGPT/AI, should be good at prompt engineering, sound in Excel/Sheets, automation tools
- A degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
Work & Compensation
- Hybrid | 8 hrs/day | 5 days/week + alternate Saturdays working.
- Stipend 15,000/month + up to 1,000 performance bonus
- 6-month training period, potential long-term role based on performance
