Forex Mentor

We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Forex Mentor to train, guide, and develop traders into consistent and professional market participants. The ideal candidate will combine strong market expertise with effective teaching, mentoring, and coaching abilities. 

Core Responsibilities

Deliver structured training in Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis

• Guide traders in developing, testing, and executing disciplined trading strategies

• Provide expert coaching on risk management, including Risk–Reward ratio and capital preservation techniques • Review trading performance and provide clear, actionable improvement feedback

• Conduct both one-to-one mentoring and group training sessions

• Develop traders discipline, consistency, and professional trading mindset

Requirements

• Proven experience in forex trading under live market conditions

• Strong track record of disciplined trading and risk management

• Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or training traders (preferred)

• Strong understanding of global financial markets and trading behavior

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

• Ability to handle both online and offline classes

• Flexible shift timings based on academy requirements

• Must be available for online and offline workshops and seminars

• Ready to attend client meetings whenever required

• Maintain polite, respectful, and professional behavior at all times

• Must adhere to the company dress code and maintain a well-groomed professional appearance in line with organizational standards
